Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training

This course is designed for people that will be impacted by or supporting Lean Six Sigma (LSS) activities but will not be leading LSS teams.  People that can benefit include business leaders, managers, supervisors, and any others that may be part of an LSS team or impacted by LSS activities in the workplace.  At the conclusion of the course, attendees will have a firm understanding of the following:

• How the LSS DMAIC process works,
• How it generates business performance improvement,
• The roles and responsibilities of people including champions, belts and team members
• And other useful information that will allow them to effectively interact, communicate, and work with LSS experts and project teams.
