Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training

This course allows participants to become certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belts.  In becoming LSS Green Belts, attendees will learn how to successfully lead LSS improvement teams.  Participants will gain a strong knowledge of how to apply the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology to the improvement of both service and manufacturing-based processes enabling cost reductions as well as improvements in productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.  Participants receive the equivalent of 10 days of intensive, workshop-focused instruction.  Successful completion of the entire course and all tests are required for certification.
