Lean Six Sigma Overview

This 1.5-hour training session provides a clear, logical, easy to understand overview of Lean Six Sigma (LSS).  It explains without complex jargon or statistics how LSS benefits organizations and helps them to be more profitable by making processes better.  It also provides a basic understanding of the LSS DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve and control) methodology.
