This course is designed for people that will be impacted by or supporting Lean Six Sigma (LSS) activities, but will not be leading LSS teams. People that can benefit include business leaders, managers, supervisors and any others that may be part of a LSS team or impacted by LSS activities in the workplace. - How it generates business performance improvement,
