This course allows participants to become certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belts. In becoming LSS Green Belts, attendees will learn how to successfully lead LSS improvement teams. Participants will gain a strong knowledge of how to apply the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology to the improvement of both service and manufacturing-based processes enabling cost reductions as well as improvements in productivity, quality and customer satisfaction. Participants receive the equivalent of 10 days of intensive, workshop-focused instruction. Successful completion of the entire course and all tests are required for certification.
